Villa Academy Tuition and Fees

As we enter this new year of promise and possibility, we provide our annual update on Villa Academy’s tuition rates for the 2024-2025 academic year. Each year, the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees works diligently to set our tuition in support of the fiscal well-being of the school, carefully responding to the needs of the institution and our commitment to Villa’s families. Understanding that we reside in a competitive market with a rising cost of living, Villa’s Board of Trustees has approved the Finance Committee’s recommendation of the following tuition rates for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year.

Tuition Rates for 2024/2025

For the academic year 2024/2025, the tuition fees are structured as follows:

1st Child: $8,975
2nd Child: $7,525
3rd Child: $5,700

It is important to note that these stated tuition fees are for the current school year, and modest increases in tuition can be expected each year. Additional Fees and Policies

In addition to the tuition fees, there are a few other costs to consider:

Registration Fee: A registration fee of $200 is charged per student.
Maintenance Fee: A maintenance fee of $250 is charged per family.
Fair Share Policy: A “Fair Share Policy” requires 12 hours of family service per year at school-approved fundraisers. If the family does not complete these hours, a $300 fee will be charged.
Mandatory Fundraisers: There are three mandatory fundraisers.

Tuition Payment Plan

Villa Academy works with FACTS (factsmgt.com), a tuition management company that works with schools across the country. Re-enrollment for the 2024-25 academic year will be open from February 12-23. Prior to the re-enrollment period, families will receive step-by-step directions from Villa’s Director of Enrollment Management, Mr. Akeem Layne, on accessing and completing re-enrollment agreements through Blackbaud.

Financial Assistance

Villa's extensive need-based financial assistance program supports families for whom tuition would otherwise be a barrier to attendance. We offer a range of assistance awards to qualifying families across a spectrum of incomes. In 2024 - 2025 we awarded $1.5M in financial assistance to approximately 20% of our student body. We understand that every family's situation is different. A Villa education is an investment in your child’s holistic development that will engage, prepare, and support them well beyond graduation. The foundational years spent in our connected community provide Villa graduates with the skills and inclination to forge lives of high achievement, service, and purpose. We understand that our tuition is a substantial investment, and may require financial planning.

Villa Victoria Academy Tuition and Fees

Villa Victoria Academy is an all-girls, private, Catholic middle and high school located in the West Trenton section of Ewing Township, New Jersey. Villa Victoria Academy was opened in 1933 by the Religious Teachers Filippini with a total of students.

Villa Walsh Academy Tuition 2026-2027

Villa Walsh Academy recognizes the financial commitment required for an independent school education; therefore we provide an equitable financial aid program to support our families. Please note that our admission process is need blind, meaning that decisions are not influenced by a family’s ability to pay.

Tuition: $27,900.00 (Includes $1,500.00 Non-Refundable Deposit)
Registration Fee: $75.00 (One - time Fee for New Student Enrollment)
Books: up to $1,000.00 (Cost varies based on course selection)
iPad: $1,000.00 (Freshman only, students keep iPad upon graduation)
Graduation: $200.00
Advanced Placement: $99.00 (Per Exam)
Athletics & Activities: There are no additional mandatory fees for participation on athletic teams or clubs. As many costs as possible are incorporated within the comprehensive program we offer.

Tuition Payment Information

All families are required to create an account with FACTS Management Company to pay their deposit, tuition, and fees. Please note that there are three (3) tuition option payment plans with fees associated with each option. All fees listed for each tuition payment option are paid directly to FACTS. FACTS is now CLOSED for the 2026-2027 school year to accept re-enrollment deposit payments for returning students. If the auto pay feature was previously selected, then on March 13, 2026 the $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit will be deducted automatically for the following academic year. Parents may go into the system and pay the deposit sooner.

Payment Options

Full: Full Tuition paid before August 1, 2026 (No Fee)
Dual: Two payments - 60% due on July 1, 2026 and 40% due on January 4, 2027 - ($20 FACTS Fee)
Monthly: Ten (10) monthly payments - Begins May 1, 2026 - Ends February 1, 2027 - ($75.00 FACTS Fee)

Financial Aid

Financial Aid / Merit Scholarships have been finalized for next year nor are they currently reflected in agreements. Please do NOT fill out the FACTs Financial Aid Application - this is for outside assistance (e.g. Tri-County Scholarships) and will not be seen by the Villa Walsh governing body on financial aid and merit scholarships.

The deadline for New Families to complete the FAA is January 20, 2026.
The deadline for Returning Families to complete the FAA is February 20, 2026. Returning families must complete an FAA each year for continued consideration of financial aid.

Please do NOT use the Financial Aid Application link that is associated with our tuition system FACTs as that is for outside assistance (e.g. Tri-County Scholarship). Villa Walsh Academy is proud to partner with the Tri-County Scholarship Fund, whose mission is to provide partial scholarships to students in Morris, Passaic, and Sussex counties who demonstrate financial need. Families wishing to be considered for an award must complete the application and submit all required documentation by February 15.
