Villa Walsh Academy: Empowering Young Women Through Education and Enrichment

Villa Walsh Academy (VWA) is dedicated to educating young women, fostering a sense of local and global awareness, and empowering them to positively influence the world through Christian values. This article explores the various facets of VWA, encompassing its academic environment, tuition structure, financial aid opportunities, and enriching summer programs.

A Commitment to Academic Excellence

Villa Walsh Academy prides itself on its commitment to academic excellence. With 27 dedicated classroom teachers and an average class size of 15 students, VWA offers a personalized learning environment. The academy boasts a robust curriculum, including 13 Advanced Placement (AP) and advanced courses, challenging students to reach their full potential. The formal classroom dress code reinforces a culture of respect and professionalism.

Understanding the Tuition Structure for 2026-2027

Villa Walsh Academy recognizes the significant financial investment required for an independent school education. For the 2026-2027 academic year, the tuition is $27,900.00, which includes a $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit. In addition to tuition, there are other associated costs to consider:

  • Registration Fee: A one-time fee of $75.00 for new student enrollment.
  • Books: The cost of books can reach up to $1,000.00, varying based on course selection.
  • iPad: Freshman students are required to purchase an iPad for $1,000.00, which they keep upon graduation.
  • Graduation Fee: A $200.00 fee applies to graduating students.
  • Advanced Placement Exams: Each AP exam costs $99.00.
  • Athletics & Activities: There are no additional mandatory fees for participation on athletic teams or clubs. As many costs as possible are incorporated within the comprehensive program VWA offers.

Tuition Payment Options

To facilitate tuition payments, all families are required to create an account with FACTS Management Company. FACTS is now CLOSED for the 2026-2027 school year to accept re-enrollment deposit payments for returning students. If the auto pay feature was previously selected, then on March 13, 2026 the $1,500.00 non-refundable deposit will be deducted automatically for the following academic year. Parents may go into the system and pay the deposit sooner. New families must log onto FACTS Management Company's Site to create an account. Returning families will log in using their current account information. VWA offers three tuition payment options:

  1. Full Payment: Tuition paid in full before August 1, 2026, with no additional fee.
  2. Dual Payment: Two payments, with 60% due on July 1, 2026, and 40% due on January 4, 2027. A $20 FACTS fee applies.
  3. Monthly Payments: Ten monthly payments, starting May 1, 2026, and ending February 1, 2027. A $75.00 FACTS fee applies.
