Eligibility Criteria
- Open to permanent residents of India.
- Exclusively open to both genders.
- Exclusively open to all categories.
- Applicants must be enrolled in an English-medium school recognized by the Indian education system.
- This scholarship examines students in classes LKG to 5th only.

PCM Credit Union Scholarship Program
Overview
The PCM Credit Union (PCMCU) offers an annual scholarship program to support members pursuing post-secondary education. PCMCU is a member-owned financial cooperative committed to helping members achieve personal financial success.
Scholarship Details
- PCMCU will award three (3) $1,000 scholarships to students who are beginning or continuing their education as full-time students.
- Applicants must be primary members of PCMCU. A primary member's name is listed first on a PCMCU account. The account must have been opened prior to January 31st of the scholarship year.
- Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a post-secondary institution.
- Applicants must not have previously received a PCMCU scholarship (effective 2026).
- A completed application and essay response must be submitted.
Essay Question

Eligibility Restriction

Greater Fox Cities Chapter of Credit Unions Scholarship
The Greater Fox Cities Chapter of Credit Unions will award a $1,000 scholarship to three graduating high school seniors who are active members of participating credit unions, including PCM Credit Union.
Phoenix Conservatory of Music (PCM) and Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESA)
Overview
Phoenix Conservatory of Music (PCM) is an approved ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) vendor in Arizona. The ESA program provides funding for students to attend private schools, receive tutoring, and access other educational resources.
Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account Eligibility Requirements
Every K-12 student in Arizona is eligible to participate in the state’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program, regardless of family income, where the student lives within the state, or the student’s past academic performance. Students are eligible for ESA funding even if they already attend private schools or are homeschooled.
Required Documents for ESA Application
To apply for Arizona’s ESA, you will need to provide the following:
- Student’s Birth Certificate: The applicant must be listed on the birth certificate (or other legal documentation). If the applicant’s legal name at the time of application does not match what is on the birth certificate, documentation of legal name change must be included with the birth certificate.
- Proof of Residency Document in the Applicant’s Name (parent/guardian applying): You only need to provide ONE of the following documents listing your physical address. PO Boxes are not accepted.
ESA Application Process
- Submit Your ESA Application: Provide the required documents with your application, which include proof of residence and your student’s birth certificate.
- Sign the ESA Contract: The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) will send an ESA contract once the application has been processed.
- Access Your ESA funds via ClassWallet: ClassWallet is a third-party vendor that administers ESA funds in a virtual account. Once you are accepted into the ESA program, your awarded funds will be entered into your ClassWallet account.
- Pay Vendors/Schools: Use your ClassWallet account to pay approved vendors or schools directly from the virtual platform. You can also receive a prepaid debit card or receive reimbursements for approved expenses made with your own funds.

You will be able to find PCM using the display name, Phoenix Conservatory of Music - Music Lessons and more! It is important to wait for the ESA funding to be disbursed if you currently have a zero balance.

ESA Program Requirements
By accepting an ESA, the student’s parent or guardian is signing a contract agreeing to provide an education that includes at least the following subjects: reading, grammar, mathematics, social studies, and science. ESA funding can be used to pay private school tuition, for curriculum, home education, tutoring, and more.
Public School Enrollment and ESA
In almost all situations, students on ESA cannot be enrolled in a public school (this includes district, charter, and public online programs). This is a violation of the ESA contract. Additionally, the student must be withdrawn from the public school at the time that the ESA contract is signed.
Patient-Centered Medicine (PCM) Scholars Program
Overview
The Patient-Centered Medicine (PCM) Scholars Program focuses on developing future leaders in healthcare, particularly those dedicated to improving health outcomes for underserved populations. The program spans multiple years of medical education, integrating clinical experience, community engagement, and interprofessional collaboration.
M1 Year
The primary goal for the M1 year is for students to experience, through their work with patients, key aspects of patient-centered care. M1 PCM Scholars will assist their respective faculty preceptors in the care and management of selected patients.
M2 Year
The primary goal for the M2 year is to enable students to apply key concepts of patient-centered care to underserved vulnerable populations, particularly those who are afflicted with HIV/AIDS, the homeless, victims of domestic violence, immigrant & refugee groups, and/or the elderly. In addition to clinical sessions with concentration leaders, students also will participate in sessions at designated community sites and discussion seminars.
M4 Year: Interprofessional Approaches to Health Disparities (IAHD) Program
The primary goal of the M4 year is to prepare students to be future leaders in improving health care for underserved populations. The Interprofessional Approaches to Health Disparities program (IAHD) is an interprofessional elective for 4th-year medicine and pharmacy students and Master’s level nursing and public health students. M4 IAHD Scholars will elect to participate in a longitudinal individualized course, during which they will participate in mentored community-based participatory research (CBPR) and quality improvement (QI) projects designed to provide learners with essential skills to improve health care for underserved populations.
Interprofessional Collaboration
Traditional health professions education takes place in silos, with limited opportunities for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and other health professionals to learn and practice in interprofessional teams during their formative years. Interprofessional teams will have the opportunity to work with our collaborating community agencies serving vulnerable populations.
CBPR and QI Training
Participants will receive training on CBPR and QI methods during the course. Interprofessional teams will be formed and will engage in a process of mentored research development to identify and address priority health needs of vulnerable populations served by our partnering community agencies. Selecting, planning, and evaluating pilot tests will inform and guide best practices.
Collaborative Model
The Collaborative Model will employ a team‐based approach, working closely with the faculty leaders and student teams to assist the community agencies in conducting careful needs assessment and piloting small changes through PDSA cycles. The principal focus of CBPR‐QI projects will be to determine desired outcomes in collaboration with the stakeholders. For example, a desired outcome might be improvement in access to and retention in high-quality, competent care and services for vulnerable patients who have never been in care or who have dropped out of care.
Dissemination of Work
Students will synthesize and disseminate their work, in discussions and in writing, and will present at an end‐of‐course concluding event.
Eligibility
The M4 elective will be open to all medical students who participate in the M2 component of the program. Eligibility for Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Dentistry students will be determined by their respective Colleges. NOTE: The course may not offer all concentrations in a given year based on the availability of community partners.
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I Certification
Overview
PSM I holders have a consistent terminology and approach to Scrum. Earning a Scrum.org certification requires proof of knowledge and understanding by passing the certification test.
PSM I Test Details
- The cost of the PSM I test is $200 USD per attempt.
- Test passwords do not expire and remain valid until used.
- PSM I includes questions from the following Focus Areas as defined in the Professional Scrum Competencies:
- Understanding and Applying the Scrum Framework: Empiricism, Scrum Values, Scrum Team, Events, Artifacts, Done
- Developing People and Teams: Self-Managing Teams, Facilitation, Coaching
- Managing Products with Agility: Forecasting & Release Planning, Product Value, Product Backlog Management, Stakeholders & Customers
- While attendance is not a prerequisite, attending a course is strongly recommended.

Why Scrum.org
Unlike other Scrum certifications that are awarded for attendance in a class, earning a Scrum.org certification requires proof of knowledge and understanding by passing the certification test. You can take the Professional Scrum certification test whether you have attended a Scrum.org class or not, though each Scrum.org training class is a great learning experience and includes a free attempt at the associated certification.
