The YMCA is deeply committed to strengthening communities by uniting volunteers, staff, members, and donors. It offers various membership categories and programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals, families, and children. These include fully trained and competent staff, clean and well-maintained facilities with modern fitness equipment, free fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba, free day use of lockers, special member rates on programs including child care and summer camp, priority registration, and the ability to use all YMCA facilities.

Nationwide Membership
Nationwide Membership enables you to visit any participating Y in the United States through membership at your “home” YMCA (the facility that enrolled you as a member and that collects your membership dues). This is offered to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work or travel. This is an essential part of the cause of strengthening communities.
Valid for active, full facility YMCA members, Nationwide member visitors must use their home Y at least 50% of the time. Program-only participants and special memberships are not eligible for Nationwide Membership.
Insurance Discount Benefit
You may receive up to $150 back on your membership from Blue Cross|Blue Shield, Fallon, Tufts, or Harvard Pilgrim. Ask at the Welcome Center for details or click on the respective health care provider for the claim form. Some restrictions may apply, contact your provider for details.

Educator Discount Eligibility
The YMCA provides a teacher discount which is easy to achieve. YMCA also provides some opportunities of becoming a volunteer and through this you can easily enhance your skills and knowledge. When you take part on any educational event and competition and using your skills in this way you can improve your skills.
Any teacher (current or retired) can receive 10% off of a monthly membership. The YMCA does not only offer discounts for teachers but it also provides all the people who work in education institutes.
YMCA Southcoast
YMCA Southcoast offers discounts for military personnel, teachers, and first responders. Employees are eligible for a 10% savings on a full-year membership. Please call 508.996.9622 for more information.
YMCA of Snohomish County
When you become a YMCA of Snohomish County member, you are automatically welcomed into six family branches that offer a wide variety of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility opportunities. Several programs are also housed off-site, including our Youth Development Centers and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Lincoln YMCA
Public servant employees including police officers, firefighters, EMTs, City & Lancaster County employees are eligible for a 5% discount on their monthly Lincoln YMCA membership. To get started, simply bring proof of employment to any Lincoln YMCA branch. Military service members are eligible for a 5% discount on their monthly Lincoln YMCA membership. In an effort to encourage health and well-being for individuals in our community, the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana offers an income-based rate scale through our Assistance program. The rate scale correlates membership rates to annual household income. To apply, just bring a copy of your most recent tax return or two paycheck stubs and/or any other household income to the membership desk at Y.

- For Dual: If you are 2 adults. Then the price of the package is 77.50 dollars. After getting discount of 15.75 dollars you have to pay just only 61.75 dollars
- Household: if you are a household which includes 2 adults with youth people under 24 years. Then the price of the package will be 83.50 dollars. After getting a discount of 17.25 dollars. You have to pay only 66.25 dollars.
- Senior Adult: if you are 65+ and you want a membership of YMCA. Then the price of the package will be 49.50 dollars. After getting a discount of 12.00 dollars you just have to pay 37.50 dollars.
- Senior Dual: If you fall in a senior Dual category which includes 2 adults and has at least one person whose age is plus 65 then the price of the package will be 69.50 dollars. After getting a discount of 15.75 dollars you have to pay only 53.75 dollars.
- Senior Household: If you fall in the category of senior Household which include 2 adults and one person who is 65 plus and childs under 24 years. After getting a discount of 16.25 dollars you have to pay only 57.20 dollars.
- Young Adults and Youth: If you fall in with young adults whose age restrictions are between 19-23 then the price of the package will be 49.50 dollars. After getting a discount of 12.50 dollars you have to pay only 37.59 dollars.

Camp Programs

For cancellations or transfers, we require written notice on a Camp Change Form 15 days prior to the start of the session. Refunds will be given when applicable based on the schedule below. Deposits are not eligible for refunds or credits. Deposits can only be transferred to another 2025 session of summer camp.Refund requested at least 15 days prior to start of day camp session: eligible for a refund of fees less the non-refundable $15 deposit. Deposits are not eligible for refunds or credits. For cancellations or transfers, we require written notice on a Family Camp Change Form at least one month prior to the start of your camper’s session. Refunds will be given as a YMCA credit when applicable based on the schedule below. Deposits are non-refundable.Refund requested at least one month prior to family camp: eligible for a refund of fees less the non-refundable $100 deposit. For cancellations or transfers, please submit an Overnight Camp Change Form at least one month prior to the start of the session. Campers attending a licensed camp (Discovery Camp) also require immunizations.Accepted Immunizations:Immunizations records previously submitted for School-Age Care in the current school year ORA Certificate of Immunization printed from MyIR, the free Department of Health online tool that enables families to view and print their official immunization records. We offer summer day camps, overnight camp, family camp, and adventure guides. Y staff members are trained to help children with mild to moderate diverse-abilities. However, our facilities are not adequately staffed to work with children who need significant assistance with personal care, constant one-to-one support, or have great difficulty managing their behavior in a group setting.
Child Care Programs

Site Coordinators are over age 18 and receive 30 hours of STARS-approved certification in Child Growth & Development, Child Guidance, Health, Safety, and Licensing, Professionalism and Communicating with Families. Many School-Age Care Staff have degrees related to their field and or Elementary Teaching Credentials.Each year School-Age Care staff also receive 10 additional hours in STARS approved training in a variety of topics relevant to their positions.All staff have first aid and CPR training, state and federal background checks, and regular in-service training. The YMCA of Snohomish County strives to meet all Healthy Eating and Physical Activity (HEPA) standards. As a result, children in School-Age programs receive daily snacks that not only meet DCYF Licensing Standards but exceed those based on the Institute of Medicine’s Early Childhood Obesity Prevention Policies. All children enrolled in our care are offered snacks with whole grains, fruits and vegetables and other foods low or absent of sugar. Water is always available to children and when milk is served, it is 1% and unflavored. We are committed to offering the healthiest options possible, providing nutritional education, and role-modeling healthy choices.Children must bring a lunch when attending on non-school days. Food cannot be refrigerated or heated, so please include an ice pack if packing perishables in your child’s lunch.If you would like to provide alternate food for your child during snack time (such as food from home, or extra food from their packed lunch) for dietary, health, or other reasons please ask for an Individual Food Plan as required by state licensing (WAC 110-301-0190).Food preferences will be respected, and children are encouraged but never forced to try new foods and to re-try foods that they have previously disliked. Contact site staff if you have concerns about your child’s eating habits. Please inform the Y upon registration if we need to be aware of any specific cultural practices pertaining to meals. Our early education programs utilize Creative Curriculum®, a play-based curriculum to build children’s confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills through hands-on, project-based investigations. We also use Teaching Strategies Gold (TSG), which is an assessment model used in GOLD follows widely held expectations for children from birth through third grade and enables a whole-child approach to assessment. Color-coded progressions guide teachers toward selecting and adapting activities that support each child’s development and learning, including those with disabilities. Meaningful reports inform classroom practices and individualized instruction. We proudly participate in Early Achievers, run by the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families. Menus are posted on the family information board and in each classroom.Children are encouraged but never forced to try new foods and to re-try foods that they have previously disliked. A Youth membership is included with enrollment in all YMCA child care programs. If you have a Family membership, you will receive a discount of $30 per month off your membership fee. Prior to attending the program, each child must enroll in School-Age Care. The enrollment process consists of completing the online pre-enrollment registration and completion of the WA State required Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS). All forms must be completed before your registration is final. At least two full business days are required to process the registration before enrollment is finalized at which time attendance is permitted.Depending on your child’s need, additional paperwork and a meeting with a YMCA Director may be required prior to your child’s start to ensure your child can be best accommodated. Failure to share information that identifies your child’s special care, accommodations or supervision needs may jeopardize the placement of or continued participation by your child in the program.Do you receive Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) subsidy benefits for child care from WA State? All families who would like to use full day child care on any non-student or break days must register to attend care. Prior to attending the program, each family must complete a tour and an orientation at Heatherwood and then complete registration at the YMCA. The enrollment process begins with the completion of the Registration packet. Once forms are turned in and approved, they will need to be brought to the YMCA with payment. At least two full business days are required to process the registration before enrollment is finalized, at which time attendance is permitted. Medically verified immunization records must be updated annually per WAC 110-310-0210 and WAC 110-301-0460.The Department of Health and our licensing agency requires us to collect medically verified immunization records that are updated annually. These records can be submitted in the following formats:A completed Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) signed by a health care provider. Find the CIS form by visiting doh.wa.gov/SCCI and clicking on the “Certificate of Immunization Status”A CIS filled out by you or another parent/guardian with medical records attachedA CIS printed by a health care provider or school from the Washington State Immunization information SystemA CIS printed from MyIR, a free Department of Health online tool that enables families to view and print their official immunization records themselves. In the event that your child(ren) is placed on a waiting list to either add days to their schedule, or to be enrolled or there is limited space availability, please note that 5 day/week schedules will be given priority when space is limited. One day per week slots are not available at this time.School-Age care: Your branch registrar will contact you when space becomes available. You will have 48 business hours to hold your spot and for new registrations, you will be required to pay the $50 registration fee. This fee is non-refundable if you choose to cancel care with us. Please contact the branch registrar if you are using subsidy for payment.Early Childhood Education: Once we’ve made the commitment to you that we will have space, we require the $100 registration fee and ½ of your child’s first month of care (which will be credited to your account upon starting).
