The primary focus of the Sourcing Summer Analyst program is to gain experience and exposure to the world of deal sourcing by reaching out and assessing potential investment opportunities for Alpine Investors (“Alpine”) and its portfolio companies. The Sourcing Internship program is designed to provide college students with as much experience as possible, and as much support as possible. The Sourcing Summer Analyst program at Alpine Investors offers interns the chance to gain hands-on experience in deal sourcing by identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
Direct Sourcing: The Core Responsibility
Direct sourcing entails compiling lists of prospective acquisition targets, reaching out to business owners, evaluating investment opportunities generated through outreach, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Interns will engage with business owners, assess acquisition targets, and collaborate with various stakeholders in the firm.
