The Disney College Program is a one-of-a-kind internship for college students and recent graduates. Participants live and work at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. While primarily based at Walt Disney World, the Disney College Program serves as an excellent entry point into the Disney ecosystem. Eligibility for the Disney College Program
To be eligible, candidates need to meet the Disney College Program’s requirements. Please carefully review the participation and eligibility guidelines PRIOR to applying.
- Be available to travel to Disneyland Resort from December 1 - December 5, 2025, for training sessions.
- Not be current employees/Cast Members of The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, including Disney Internship programs, or of any operating participant located at the Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resorts; not be immediate family members of a current employee/Cast Member of The Walt Disney Company, including Disney Internships participants, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or of any operating participant located at the Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resorts; and not currently reside with a current employee/Cast Member of The Walt Disney Company, including Disney Internship participants, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or of any operating participant located at the Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resorts.
- Not be currently employed in the travel, hotel, theme park, cruise line or time share industries (including, without limitation, being a travel agent or consultant); and not be an immediate family member of, or currently reside with, people currently employed in the travel, hotel, theme park, cruise line or time share industries (including being an immediate family member of, or currently residing with a travel agent or consultant).
As used in these eligibility requirements, "immediate family member" means a spouse, parent, child, sibling and mother- or father-in-law, son- or daughter-in-law, brother- or sister-in-law, as well as people (other than household employees) who permanently reside in a person’s home; and "material financial interest" means any paid relationship or arrangement (for example, as agent, representative, employee, promoter, consultant or "finder") with a business organization or any ownership interest (of stock, partnership interests, etc.) in excess of 5 percent in a publicly traded entity or, in the case of a non-public entity, having a fair market value in excess of US $25,000.

Participants on the program have the option to live at Flamingo Crossings Village, an apartment community owned and operated by American Campus Communities, with other participants from all across the globe. The apartments are furnished, and the community is fully equipped with resort-style pools, a 12,500 sq. ft. Roles are categorized into six areas: food service, retail and sales, attractions, entertainment, lodging and operations. For those specifically interested in the cruise line industry, the Disney Cruise Line Lodging Operations Internship offers a concentrated experience in the shoreside management of shipboard lodging.
Overview
The Disney Signature Experiences Intern Program is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences businesses (Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, and Story Living)! As a Lodging Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting Disney Cruise Line Guest experience. You will learn how lodging operations, including staterooms, housekeeping, and hotel services, are managed shoreside to support the fleet. This internship will report to the Sr Manager, Lodging.
Key Responsibilities
Interns in this role can expect to contribute to various aspects of lodging operations, including:
- Assisting lodging leadership with operational projects and process improvements
- Supporting the coordination of shoreside and shipboard lodging initiatives, including housekeeping, laundry, and stateroom operations
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Crew Operations, and Shipboard Leaders) on reporting, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Researching and providing recommendations on industry trends and best practices related to lodging and Guest service
- Tracking and analyzing performance metrics, preparing insights for leadership to drive continuous improvement
- Contributing to presentations, process mapping, and documentation for leadership reviews and project updates
Qualifications and Skills

Program Details
The internship is a full-time commitment:
- The approximate date of this internship is May 2026 to August 2026 and will be located in Celebration, FL.
- Fully available from Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
- Must be fully available for the duration of the internship
Additional Requirements
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area

Compensation
The pay rate for this role in Celebration, FL is $22.50 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
