For example, Georgia Tech does not allow students to reschedule interviews when they have conflicts unless it is for a documented hospitalization or the funeral of an immediate member of their household. Finalists must be present for ALL Stamps Scholars Weekend activities to receive an award.
Maintaining the Scholarship
To maintain the Stamps Scholarship, scholars must typically meet certain academic requirements and remain in good standing with the university. For example, at the University of Miami, a Stamps Scholar must complete a full-time undergraduate program of study with no fewer than 12 credit hours during each of the fall and spring semesters for a minimum of 24 credit hours per academic year.
