3. Video Interview

After passing the online assessments (and if you’re a good fit), you might receive a link to record your video interview. This is where you can make a great first impression. Dress smartly, keep good eye contact with the camera and be concise.

4. Final Round Interviews

The last stage of the process is the final round virtual or in-person interviews. Be sure to research UBS and the business area you’re applying to. Go beyond the facts and figures.
