Maximizing Your UCF Experience: A Guide to Season Ticket Benefits
The University of Central Florida (UCF) offers a wide array of benefits to its season ticket holders, enhancing the overall experience and providing substantial value. From priority access and flexible payment plans to exclusive parking options and donor benefits, understanding these perks can help fans make the most of their investment. This article will explore the various advantages available to UCF season ticket holders, ensuring you don't miss out on any opportunities to elevate your game day and overall UCF experience.
Priority and Access
Renewing season tickets provides several priority-based advantages. Season ticket members have the first opportunity to relocate or add seats based on their UCF Priority point total. This system rewards long-time supporters and donors, giving them an edge in securing the best possible locations. To relocate your seats or parking for the upcoming season, you must first renew your current location by the renewal deadline. All season ticket members will then have the opportunity to view available seats and make changes based on their UCF Priority point total. Similarly, to purchase additional tickets or parking, renewing current seats by the deadline is a prerequisite. Once renewed, you'll be able to view available seats and purchase additional tickets based on your UCF Priority point total.
Flexible Payment Options
Recognizing the financial commitment involved, UCF Athletics offers flexible payment plans to accommodate various budgets. Season ticket payment plans can be spread out, making it easier for fans to manage their investment. With the majority of season ticket holders taking advantage of payment plan options, early renewal windows provide ample time to arrange payments. Interest-free monthly payment plans are available, with charges processed on the 1st of each month, concluding in June.
Exclusive Parking Benefits
Parking on game days can be a hassle, but UCF season ticket holders gain access to exclusive parking options. Thanks to the support of campus partners, additional football parking opportunities are available. Securing these additional Gold Zone parking lots allows for gameday parking options and benefits to the majority of season ticket members. Several new parking options may be available, thanks to an expansion of the Gold Zone in the northeast section of campus surrounding Bright House Networks Stadium. Lots such as H2, H3, H4, and B9 may be available to season ticket members.
Donor Benefits and GKC
For those who contribute to the Golden Knights Club (GKC), additional benefits are unlocked. GKC Donors can retain current football ticket and parking locations, as well as current benefits, by maintaining their same level of giving. New benefits are often added, associated with the various GKC gift levels. The per-seat contribution supports the ChargeOn Fund, providing funding for athletics scholarships and covering academic costs for student-athletes across all UCF sports, including tuition, room & board, books, academic support, travel, sports medicine, and equipment.

Ticket Management and Transfer Options
Life happens, and sometimes attending every game isn't possible. UCF Athletics encourages season ticket members to sell or transfer their tickets if they are unable to attend an event. However, the UCF Athletic Association (UCFAA) prohibits any activities that could harm the marketplace. Season ticket ownership is transferable. However, to protect the integrity of the UCF Priority point system, a transfer fee is applied to each seat being transferred. All transfer requests must be made through the UCF Ticket Office prior to renewal. Several transfer options are available:
- Transfer to spouse: In the event of the death of the ticket owner, the spouse may request that the opportunity to renew season tickets be transferred to him/her with no changes in membership benefits including priority points, contributions, and parking. Transfers to spouses can be done at any time.
- Transfer to children: Parents or grandparents may transfer ticket ownership to their children. The adult children would begin to build their own priority and acquire their own benefits.
- Corporate / Business Transfers: A business may transfer ownership of tickets to an employee.
- General fan transfers: Fans may transfer tickets to other fans so that each individual takes control of their own ticket and priority benefits. However, UCFAA prohibits any secondary activity that is detrimental to the marketplace.
UCF Athletics reserves the right to monitor ticket activity including ticket resale, ticket transfers, and ticket usage. Accounts exhibiting high secondary-market activity may be subject to the loss of season ticket discounts, loss of ticket renewal opportunities, or have their ticket order canceled. Likewise, UCFAA reserves the right to withhold or alter donor benefits for any account that exhibits high secondary-market activity.
Additional Perks and Discounts
Beyond the core benefits, UCF season ticket holders can take advantage of various additional perks and discounts:
- Seatbacks: Seatbacks are often available for purchase, adding an extra layer of comfort to the game day experience.
- Faculty and Staff Discounts: Current UCF Faculty and Staff may be eligible to purchase discounted season tickets in select locations. Tickets can be purchased using payroll deduction equal to the currently offered standard payment plan.
- Group Tickets: Group ticket discounts are available for select games, making it easier to enjoy the experience with friends, family, or colleagues.
Understanding Ticket Policies and Procedures
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, it's essential to understand UCF's ticket policies and procedures:
- Age Requirement: All patrons three years of age and older must have a valid ticket for admission. Children 2 and under may be admitted without a ticket provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
- Clear Bag Policy: Familiarize yourself with the clear bag policy and prohibited items to expedite entry into the stadium.
- Re-entry: Re-entry is not allowed at any UCF Athletics facility. All fans must have a new ticket for admission.
- Game Changes: Tickets are still valid and will be used for admittance once a new game date has been determined. Refunds will not be granted due to game date or time changes.
- Refunds and Exchanges: UCF Athletics does not offer refunds for events that are played, regardless if they have been rescheduled. Fans purchasing secondary tickets are encouraged to purchase ticket insurance if offered.
